Film Lesson: Mountains Of The Moon
The film: Mountains of the moon was about two explorers named John Speke and Richard Bucton. These two men were in the royal geographic society. They both went on a 6 month trip into africa to discover the source of the nile river. In about 6 months and 20 days they found it and named it after their queen and was called Lake Victoria. This was quite weird at first because most explorers name there discoveries after themselves or a loved one.
